U.S. Supreme Court Allows Case to Move Forward That Could Dissuade and Chill the Right to Organize Peaceful Political Mass Protests

May 3, 2024

WASHINGTON, D.C. — In a case with far-reaching implications across the political spectrum for free speech and the right to protest, the U.S. Supreme Court is allowing a case to move forward that could hold a protest organizer liable for the independent actions of another protester, ultimately undermining the right to organize non-violent protests. Gun Control is What Started the War for Independence

By:

The fighting at Lexington and Concord didn’t happen because the British army came to collect taxes. It was gun control.

Of course, the government-run schools don’t teach this.

What finally forced the patriots into a shooting war with the British Army at Lexington and Concord on April 19, 1775 was not taxes or even warrantless searches of homes or occupation by soldiers, but one of many attempts by the British to disarm Americans as part of an overall gun control program. Rutherford Warns Florida ‘No Go Zone’ Law Could Chill First Amendment Activity, Thwart Citizen Journalists & Embolden Police Misconduct

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Recognizing the need for the government to strike that necessary yet delicate balance between liberty and safety, The Rutherford Institute has concluded that Florida’s “no go zone” law, which would criminalize approaching or remaining within 25 feet of a police officer or other first responder after having been warned not to approach, fails to strike that necessary balance. The State of Our Nation No One’s Talking About: Tyranny Is Rising as Freedom Falls

“Never has our future been more unpredictable, never have we depended so much on political forces that cannot be trusted to follow the rules of common sense and self-interest—forces that look like sheer insanity, if judged by the standards of other centuries.”—Hannah Arendt, The Origins of Totalitarianism

Day by day, tyranny is rising as freedom falls.

The U.S. military is being used to patrol subway stations and police the U.S.-Mexico border, supposedly in the name of national security. Continue reading “The State of Our Nation No One’s Talking About: Tyranny Is Rising as Freedom Falls”

Police State

The Rutherford Institute is leading the charge in warning against a rapidly growing—and increasingly out-of-control—American police state.

With over an estimated 80,000 SWAT raids per year, an increase in fatal (and often-times unnecessary) police shootings, and a routine dependence on militarized weapons and vehicles, local police departments are beginning to act like and resemble a standing army. Continue reading “Police State”

The Global Deep State: A Fascist World Order Funded by the American Taxpayer

“The madmen are in power.”— Philip K. Dick, The Man in the High Castle

The debate over U.S. foreign aid is a distraction.

That’s not to say that the amount of taxpayer money flowing to foreign countries in the form of military and economic assistance is insignificant. Even at less than 1% of the federal budget, the United States still spends more on foreign aid than any other nation.

The latest foreign aid spending bill includes $95 billion for Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan.

Since World War II, the U.S. has given more foreign aid to Israel than any other country ($318 billion), with the bulk of those funds designated for Israel’s military efforts.

Even so, more than 150 countries around the world receive U.S. taxpayer-funded assistance. Continue reading “The Global Deep State: A Fascist World Order Funded by the American Taxpayer”

Terror by Night: Who Pays the Price for Botched SWAT Team Raids? We Do

By John & Nisha Whitehead

We’re all potential victims.”—Peter Christ, retired police officer

Sometimes ten seconds is all the warning you get.

Sometimes you don’t get a warning before all hell breaks loose.

Imagine it, if you will: It’s the middle of the night. Your neighborhood is in darkness. Your household is asleep. Suddenly, you’re awakened by a loud noise.

Barely ten seconds later, someone or an army of someones has crashed through your front door.

The intruders are in your home.

Your heart begins racing. Your stomach is tied in knots. The adrenaline is pumping through you.

You’re not just afraid. You’re terrified. Continue reading “Terror by Night: Who Pays the Price for Botched SWAT Team Raids? We Do”

Trudeau’s Red Diaper In A Twist Over The Return of President Trump

By  ——January 26, 2024

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s pondering about what Donald Trump’s “possible” return to the White House—and what it would mean for Canada if Trump defeats President Joe Biden in November is testament to how glaringly out of touch he is with the outside world.

It is not Canada that would most matter if Trump doesn’t return to the White House— but the fate of the entire Western world.

Self-centered, out of touch Trudeau doesn’t recognize the fact that ‘Without America there is no free world’.

“Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced this week a “Team Canada approach” to prepare for the “uncertainty” another Trump administration would bring. (TownHall, Jan. 24, 2024)

Criminality in the White House: The Rise of the Political Psychopath

By John & Nisha Whitehead

“When the President does it, that means that it is not illegal.”—Richard Nixon

Many years ago, a newspaper headline asked the question: “What’s the difference between a politician and a psychopath?

The answer, then and now, remains the same: None.

There is no difference between psychopaths and politicians.

Nor is there much of a difference between the havoc wreaked on innocent lives by uncaring, unfeeling, selfish, irresponsible, parasitic criminals and elected officials who lie to their constituents, trade political favors for campaign contributions, turn a blind eye to the wishes of the electorate, cheat taxpayers out of hard-earned dollars, favor the corporate elite, entrench the military industrial complex, and spare little thought for the impact their thoughtless actions and hastily passed legislation might have on defenseless citizens. When does violence become a rational response?

By For the Canada Free Press ——–December 23, 2023

We won’t fight over principles, but will destroy ourselves over frivolous nonsense

TheLord advances like a warrior; He stirs up His zeal like a soldier. He shouts, He roars aloud, He prevails over His enemiesIsaiah 42:13.

When does violence become a rational response?

In only 75 years we have gone from a nation with teenagers willing to fight and win a war on two fronts to teenagers who can’t decide what sex they are and who become hysterical with rage and tears if challenged on the matter.

We won’t fight over principles, but will destroy ourselves over frivolous nonsense. Continue reading “When does violence become a rational response?”
